Batman: I am Bane

Cats, bats, jokes, riddles... and Bane. The Dark Knight burst into Bane's home, wounding his mind and breaking his back. Now Bane returns to Gotham City with only one goal: to eliminate Batman forever. But first he will destroy everyone the Dark Knight has ever loved…or despised. After that battle, Batman makes Catwoman an offer that leaves her speechless. As she ponders the answer, the Dark Knight tells her about a secret war from the early days of his career. It was a time when it seemed like the Joker and the Riddler would become natural allies, but each decided that he and no one else would be the one to kill the Bat… And each would rather burn down Gotham than smoke… joke. All of Gotham's villains were forced to choose a side in this astonishing battle of wits, which soon escalates into an outright war - with civilian casualties. In this "War of Jokes and Riddles" only one side can win...but the scars he left behind shaped Batman's future.
